Mempersiapkan Generasi Pemimpin Hebat Melalui Pelatihan – Basic Leadership Training Batch 1 Rabu, 01 November 2023 Gambar 1: BLT Batch 1 Universitas Pertiwi -Kegiatan mahasiswa yang harus diikuti oleh Mahasiswa UNPERTI yaitu Basic Leadership Training (BLT). Kegiatan ini telah dilaksanakan pada 29-30 Oktober 2023. Kepedulian terhadap generasi pemimpin perlu adanya pelatihan. Universitas Pertiwi telah mengadakan kegiatan untuk menciptakan pemimpin-pemimpin hebat secara rutin melalui kegiatan tahunan yang dinamai Basic Leadership Traning (BLT). Kegiatan BLT ini merupakan kegiatan wajib yang harus diikuti oleh mahasiswa Universitas Pertiwi. Pada 29-30 Oktober 2023, BLT Batch 1 telah dilaksanakan dengan baik dan dari beberapa hasil testimoni, kegiatan BLT merupakan kegiatan yang sangat bermanfaat dan bisa melatih kepemimpinan para mahasiswa yang diharapkan bisa menjadi pemimpin yang hebat dan tangguh. Apa saja kegiatan di BLT? Kegiatannya yaitu mengikuti pelatihan survival, pemahaman dasar kepemimpinan, dan permainan-permainan yang melatih jiwa kepemimpinan agar memiliki karakteristik kepemimpinan yang hebat. Dari permainan-permainan itu, tentunya ada hadiahnya bagi peserta yang telah melawati tantangan-tantangannya dengan baik.
